The refund has to be claimed within 15 days of the date of purchase by way of calling the toll free number, 1855 539 4915 or by sending an email to support@netcoversolution.com 

The refund Policy is in conjunction with the End User License Agreement (EULA) of the respective software manufacturer when the services delivered include a software.
